Fidelis Home Inspection is a personable, professional and progressive
company. It is based in Illinois and serves Chicago and its surrounding areas. Isac "Xavier" Enriquez, home inspector and Chicago native, operates and owns the company. His hundreds of hours of training and field experience have helped him understand the struggles with the unpredictable weather, wear of time, substandard repairs and/or construction, and lack of maintenance that homes face everyday. In addition, he is licensed in Illinois #450011216, carries O&E and liability insurance, is bi-lingual in Spanish and holds an ASNT Level 1 Thermographer Certification. The company's goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. This is achieved by having exceptional customer service, advanced technologies and a comprehensive understanding of homes and their construction.
